Steelseries Siberia V2, Mic doesn't work

I just bought the steelseries siberia v2s and everything works on them except i the chat option doesn't work. I looked up videos how to set them up, by the way I use a x box 360, and it seems like I set the wires up correctly. I dont know if I should send it back in or if theres anything i can do to fix the problem.

Yes, it did not work on my PC either, i think I'll just have to send it back
