Steelseries siberia v2 v2 Logitech G35

My gamecom 780s broke and i really don't feel like buying a new pair since i want to get a better headset for the money I'm paying. As of now im using my brothers Logitech G35 headset and they are uncomfortable and i dont really like the sound quality and the surround sound, the bass is distorted. Are the Siberia v2s any better?
