Question steering wheel does not turn well in game

when there is a scene change or otherwise an event that deactivates force feedback. after this it can happen that the steering wheel does not turn completely. if I turn the wheel physically to 90 degrees in game it will be at 45 degrees. all this in f1 23 and 22. steering wheel is a G920
