Hi,
Upon boot this morning I saw an error on my BIOS.
This is a swift reminder to not use RAID0.
i have 2 drives RAID0 bios is Bootable YES.
First drive shows Member Disk(0)
Second shows Error Occurred(0)
I was able to get into Windows and take some backups. Tried to get in again and could not launch into windows. No problem I used a recovery disc from a year back and reimaged my machine.
I can get back into into windows but the machine is still showing that ERROR OCCURRED(0) on the bios
I think I should now delete the RAID and recreate it using Intel Storage technology and then reimage the machine
Does this sound like a sensible approach? I have never done this before so should I go into CTRL+I (intel storage) delete the raid - thus losing my data and recreate it?
Then reboot and with the windows recovery disc?
Thanks
