I bought a really cheap but nice sounding stereo set and it came with a kickin' sub and mid-treble speakers(1 sub, 2 small speakers). really nice set but the thing is all of my audio from the mid speakers are inverted. mono audio played back is inverted and sounds super stereo, but when a large stereo sound plays, it comes out mono. (basically the stereo function on these speakers are inverted).

Its connected input is from my comupter (aux 3.5mm) to RCA (Red and White audio). Straight to the board stored inside the sub.
then the out put goes to 2 small speakers from 2 3.5mm audio cables (L and R connection).
ive tried to flip plugs and still inverted sound.

Im quite a newbie when it comes to audio connectivity and routing.

when mono sound is played it comes out like surround (wave inversion?)
when a stereo sound is played (2 channel stream, channels have different sounds play) become mono. maybe the speaker polarity?
im using a DAW to play sound mono and stereo to test out the sounds

Check that there is no processing going on in the PC. There shouldn't be any processing in the sub electronics other than filtering the bass from the satellites and sending it to the sub. Play a right channel only file. Does it play on the right channel only? When you play a file with a kick drum does the woofer move out when the kick is played? Does the midwoofer in the sats move out too?
Maybe the drivers in the sats are wired out of phase in one of them and not the other. That can do weird stuff.
