Stestem restore PQSERVICE?

I am trying to do a system restrore for ACER ASpire 6530 - option to restore the x: PQSERVICE drive is greyed out - is it OK to restore just C drive?

The PQSERVICE is the "hidden" partition that has the system restore files on the only partition that you can restore is Drive C:
