Steup fax using smartphone

I purchased a wireless printer with built in fax but I don't have a land line. I would like to use my smartphone (Blackberry) as my phone line if that's possible.

Not possible. You can set it up so you can send an electronic fax from your PC over the internet, but you can't setup a fax to use any internet connection that's not an analog line.
