[SOLVED] Sticky problem

Hey guys, I'm new here and I'm dealing with a situation!

I have a good pc, I5 4440s, 4gb RAM , intel hd graphics 4600 and I don't know why is laggy. When I switched my processor with i5 I noticed 2 cooler legs are broken and I don't have thermally conductive paste on it, it can be laggy because of that?

And also I have a dell Laptop and I don't have sound, I tried troubleshooting the driver but it's fine, I don't know that to do.

You are probably thermal throttling.

The cpu has insufficient cooling if the cooler is not properly seated and has no thermal paste. Also, 4GB of ram is not enough for windows anymore--you can experience lag because of this too.

Definitely fix the cooler immediately. A PC that has a broken cooling solution shouldn't even be turned on.

fix your cooler or get a new one and some thermal paste
