Still having the Problem

My Toshiba Satellite still having this problem, I can't click on my taskbar, no action on my Charm Bars and my Start Menu. I tried all the things have said but nothing happened. When i tried to click on any app, nothing happened.

Are you using a mouse or the built-in trackpad? The latter might be disabled if there was a mouse in use that isn't any longer.

I am using Touch-pad, but using also a mouse. I used also the touchscreen

Was it a sudden change in behaviour or has it been doing this for a while? Have you restarted the machine since this happened?

i tried what they said....CTRL+ALT+Del...then Task Manager, Restart Windows Explorer..then New Task... windows.exe....but nothing happened....... I haven't restarted it because i don't know what to do. It happened in the 6 O'clock in the morning (Philippines Time)

To restart Explorer you need to right click on explorer.exe in the list and select End task. Then from the File menu>New Task type explorer.exe and hit Enter. The word Windows doesn't come into it.
