Still use damaged hard drive?

My sata hard drive got damaged. It clicks sometimes.
I let a piece of software check the hard drive.
It said that the hard drive was 90% ok.
Can I still use the hard drive for storage?

if you don't care about losing everything you put on it sure. can't imagine when that would be the case so I highly suggest you dont
