Still working on this... but...

CPU - Intel Core i9-9900k
MB - Gigabyte Z390 Aorus Master
GPU - MSI Geforce RTX 2080 8GB Gaming X Trio
RAM - Crucial Ballistix Sport LT 32GB (2x16) DDR4-3200
Cooler - Corsair H100i PRO 75 CFM (240mm)
SSD - Sabrent Rocket 256GB M.2-2280 NVME (Boot Drive)
SSD - Sabrent 1TB M.2-2280 NVME
Power - Seasonic Focus Plus 650W 80 Plus Gold
Case - Bitfenix Enso ATX MId Tower

How does it look?

The PSU only has 1 8-pin CPU connector, meaning one will have to be empty. This shouldn't be a problem, as the PSU is good quality and should provide enough power for the CPU.
However, if you do want to have both connectors, it would be worth either buying an extra one for the Seasonic, or getting a PSU that comes with both like https://pcpartpicker.com/product/6p8H99/evga-power-supply-220p20650x1

Great shout, I'll take another look at the PSU. I've not seen/read anything to suggest that both do need to be used, but it's worth an extra check. Any issues apart from the PSU?

Can argue towards either way, the colour sticker wasn't one of the pros/cons
Not really any pros for going intel anymore. AMD has caught them in single core and you get 4 more for the same price now along with using less power, PCIE 4.0 etc and if you get an X570 now you’ll be able to upgrade later on. Intel on the other hand doesn’t seem to know what they’re doing, when they eventually get 10nm out of the door you’ll need a new board. Only reason to go intel now is adobe premiere.
