Is the Arctic Cooling 64 Pro cooling goo stuff called "MX-1" is better than Arctic Silver. I already own Arctic Silver so i just want to know if I should bother applying it.

If you have Arctic Silver, use it; it's a bit better than what comes with the cooler.
