[SOLVED] Stock cooler fans and fans turn on and makes weird noises

When I flip my psu switch to on the fans and stockcooler immediately turn on and starts to make weird noises. Any answers

what type of "weird" noises?
repetitive clicking, grinding, high pitched whining, liquid gurgling, etc...

clicking noises, probably from the stock cooler, it didn’t come from the hard drive

an air cooler's block & fins are static in place, it has no moving parts so cannot make any noise.

if you believe it is a CPU fan that is making the noise you can easily just stop it while the noise is being produced and see if the noise stops along with it.
just lightly press on the center of the fan.
