Stock cooler won't fit

My AMD Stock cooler will not fit on the brackets on the motherboard, one goes down and the is like 5 cm's off!
What should i do?

to put the amd coolers on were just like the old intel cooler. look at the cooler one side is fixed the other is the side that locks and unlocks the cooler. what you do is latch the locked end under the cpu cooler tab.the other end you use a flat head screw driver to push down as your pushing down you flip the clip over the other tab. the flip is easy when the bar is lined up right.

So how hard do i need to push on it thought, this is my first time and i am really not comfortable :/

it take some force with the screw driver to push the bar down to where you can clip it. it made to have some force to keep the cooler from sliding off.
