Stock Cooling on a 3200+ 64 oc?

Would it be reletivly safe to oc the 3200+ to a little faster speed or should I break my budget and buy something else.

Planning on uping it to 3500+ range.

yep it would be safe

it would do even 2.4 with no problem 😀
