thank you bro appreciate it thanks for the time ., ill wait more replies coz im confuse but i can try that.

If you are already connected DP -> HDMI, (or HDMI -> HDMI) you need to adjust your refresh rate.

  1. Right click on windows desktop menu: "Display settings"
  2. Choose "Display Adapter Properties"
  3. Choose [Monitor] tab
  4. Under "Monitor Settings" change "Screen refresh rate:"

According to newegg, you have all the ports your need on your monitor as it supports HDMI, DVI, and DSub. That said your monitor only goes to 120Hz.

if your model RTX 2070 does NOT have DVI, buy a DisplayPort (DP) to HDMI adapter.

If $7.00 converter is too expensive for ya, I can't help ya.

(This assumes you have a full size display port and not a mini Display Port connector) You'll still need a full length HDMI cable to connect to it.

This is a full cable for mini display port -> HDMI

D-Sub, DVI, HDMI

BenQ ZOWIE XL2411P has dp

you sure this will work 120hz ? not 144hz https://www.amazon.com/Adapter-Cabl...ocphy=9006758&hvtargid=pla-430860946010&psc=1

I know your BenQ doesn't have a display port. It's the same one listed here on new egg.

That said, you just need a DP -> HDMI converter or mini-DP->HDMI converter (depending on what your 2070 has)

That won't work, please read the link in the first reply.

Possibly. I think there's a slight language barrier here.

At first I thought she was having connection issues because she's trying to use DSub. And single link DVI is only capable of 1080px60Hz. (Dual link is capable of 144Hz) So I thought she was stuck at a low rate because of a bad cable choice.
