Question Stock intel cooler pins won't click and didn't penetrate motherboard

[using google in BSOD]

i know you guys gonna tell me to buy new fan. but that's the last option to do.
first, i just need to fix it. anyone knows how?
please don't refer me to buying new fan.
only do it if there are no more solutions.

Give us your full system specifications. Take pictures of the socket and the pin holes. Take pictures of the backside of the cooler itself.

i've handed it to a repairman recently.
but after this, my new CPU will arrive around 3 days from now.
and my PC will come tomorrow with a newer additional SSD.
if i'm having a problem with my PC's stock intel cooler again, i will take a photo of it.
