Stock voltage for fx 8350 ?

Hi, I have a FX-8350 cpu and a ASUS Sabertooth 990FX am3+ R2.0 motherboard BIOS version 1903 (latest) and a Corsair AX 850Watt PSU I was wondering if a cpu voltage of 1.380-1.404 is a good voltage the cpu hits 34C on idle and 54C on max I will not be over clocking for a while, it has cool and quiet always disabled I just want my parts to last as long as possible.

CPU cooler is a Corsair H60 with 2x Corsair Sp120mm fans in push-pull

With CnQ enabled on my 8350, when I set it to stock clocks I can actually keep it at a voltage of 1.275, the voltage it sets itself at is really high.

what do you think I should try? I don't think my temps will cause a problem but my voltages one and two used to be 46C and 48C then when I set my two top 200mm fans to medium they are at 40C 38C

My 8350 is running @ 1.35V (stock voltage) but rather than undervolt to lower temps and save power, I overclocked to 4.4 and stopped pushing because 4.5 required a voltage bump.

My 8350 is running @ 1.35V (stock voltage) but rather than undervolt to lower temps and save power, I overclocked to 4.4 and stopped pushing because 4.5 required a voltage bump.

I must have been lucky because I have 4.5 @ 1.35V =P

I put the voltage at 1.360 stays there most of the time but sometimes goes to 1.380

74F is my room temperature I have A NZXT Phantom with 1 200mm performance fan and 1 silent 200mm fan on the top 1 120mm performance fan in the front and 2x 120mm performance fans for cooling my HDDs and 2 Corsair .SP120 performance fans with silent resistors for my radiator. My case is very quiet if my radiator fans were not on.

top is exhaust front is intake back is exhaust..

Those temps are fine for that setup in that ambient temp.

I put my Vcore at 1.308 and it does fine in prime95 still no temp difference and it goes up to 1.344 when it is on prime 95. is it basically telling the cpu it doesn't have enough voltage to run all cores on MAX ?

This could be because you have a BIOS setting (DIGI+ for ASUS) that allows the CPU to take more voltage when under load, set to ultra high. Also are your voltage settings at offset mode or manual mode? In offset mode the Vcore can vary greatly by a specified amount from the set voltage, whereas in manual it runs at the specified voltage, it only changes when you incur vdroop, which happens when you load the CPU. DIGI+ negates this by allowing the CPU to increase its voltage when under load by a certain % to account for Vdroop. I have mine set at high.

shouldn't a cpu Vcore decrease.Decrease my voltage temps 1 and 2 since I lowered it almost .100 ?
