Stock voltage of X3 435

I recently bought a system with a Athlon II x3 435 CPU and an MSI NF750-G55 motherboard. I looked into the BIOS (latest version) and it said that the CPU had a vcore of 1.425 volts at stock speeds. I think this is a bit high and i just want to clarify if this is the proper voltage for this cpu.
