[SOLVED] stock vs overclock performance

Solution
On what, with what?

No idea where they got those numbers from...

Ryzen at 3.2Ghz? The base speed? Not really an overclock from 3.2Ghz to 3.9Ghz... I think stock boost on most of the Ryzen chips is 3.7Ghz, and the nice ones already go up to 3.9Ghz. I assume this isn't the latest gen that will do 4.2-4.3Ghz.

1830-2030Mhz on the GPU, more realistic, but again it was likely boosting well above 1830Mhz from the start.

2400Mhz to 2666Mhz on the memory is pretty minor, though with Ryzen it would have a big impact. The problem there is they should have been running 3000Mhz or 3200Mhz from the start.
