stop cd driver from disappearing win7 64bit

i reinstall cd driver for win7 and it stays for awhile, then disappears, i've searced the registry for upper & lower filters, ( don't have any) have used the device manager troubleshooter, everything I have tried doesn't last, or doesn't work at all.
There aren't enogh words to discribe how frustrated I am

Does your CD Drive stop working? What driver are you talking about, please list the exact file name. Drivers do not disappear. If a file is being deleted then it is either being overwritten by a newer version or there is some other issue because it takes a specific set of actions to modify or remove driver files. What level is your User Account Control set to? Bump it up to max and see if you get a warning that something is trying to modify your system. What CD drive are you using? When you click on it it device manager and check the driver, what does it show? How are you installing the driver?
