stop msnger from poping up at hotmail?

msnger loads when I go to hotmail and log into my in box. Is there any way to
make it so that MSN msnger does not come up when i go into hotmail?

Hi ... If you load up your msn messenger and click tools follow by Options
and then the General Tab you will notice some option that you can change ,
see if that helps ... Maybe remove the check mark on auto run meseenger when
I log on to Windows or Allow auto sign in when connected to the internet

Actually, there's no way to stop Messenger from starting with Hotmail currently (without
turning off JavaScript and therefore breaking Hotmail). You can however stop it from
connecting (as suggested otherwise in this thread), but that will stop it from automatically
connecting when you want it to normally.
