Stop rest mode in bios ? ???

Pretty much I download from ftp and like to leave pc running all day so my problem is when I leave for work my pc goes into like a rest mode and say the fans dont spin ect until I click on the mouse...

By doing so it suspends all my downloads ect so nothing is being done while im away

I think it has to do with ACPI in bios im unsure, maybe you have an idea of what I can adjust to make my pc pretty much not go into this kinda rest mode when im not using it..... any ideas?

Its is part of winows sleep. Change the way your computer sleeps.
