Stopcode: memory management error

I don't remember when it starts happen. Whenever I restart the pc I got error message BOSD " memory management" error. I think it causing by BIOS and TPM. Trusted Platform Module 2.0 is error and cannot run. I already tried uninstall it and reinstall but still not working. IF i Uninstall the TPM and reinstall manually PC restart with memory management error. Could anyone help me how to fix it?
