Stopcode "memory management" without OS

I bought new computer: i5 7600
Asrock H110M-DGS
Geforce 1060
Corsair vengeance 2133 2x8 GB.
And i can't install any windows, because of blue screens like "memory management", "bad pool header" or "irql not less or equal". I tried to install different windows (7/10), tried HDD from my laptop (but windows just doesn't loading). Help!

IMO, Make yourself a memtest86+ disk and test the ram.
