Question Stops recognising input including power + reboot!

As the title. My PC will occasionally stop recognising any input device, including the power button. My only option is to turn off power to the power supply. On booting, the system will restart as normal. The only relevant symptom I can think of is that I have a couple of iCue devices, and the front fans also lose their colour settings when this happens, although the rest of the RGB settings don't change. I am at a complete loss where to even start. Seems like a hardware issue rather than software? Help!
