Storage and graphics card problem

So recently I started having a lot of problems with my pc first it started when i couldnt make any new folder pc would just restart. Then I started having a internet connection problem where I couldnt connect to my internet and when the wifi adapter would move even slightly it would restart the pc and now I started having a huge problem with my HDD and graphics card. It all started when I downloaded the xperia companion for pc from sonys website and suddenly the monitor didnt show the desktop but it showed pixels changing colors rapedly and suddenly my pc turned off and the hdd memory deleted but I somehow restored the missing files but my hdd is starting to be really slow and some files got deleted. The pc is about 9 years old.

This could be from a lot of different things, make sure system is clean, apply new thermal paste to the heatsink, re-seat RAM, try one RAM stick at a time, try different RAM, try a new drive and clean Windows setup, maybe a motherboard issues. For that old of a computer it may be cheaper and much easier to just replace it.
