Emptied the Recycle bin?
Install and run either WinDirStat, or WizTree.
Run as Administrator, selecting only the drive in question.

It is 890 GB and I deleted a 33 GB folder of music and videos. When I looked at how much space was on the drive it said 28.7, which is what it said before I deleted the folderHard to tell, that pic is pretty small and hard to read.
