Computer = PC Clone w/ASUS P5LD2 modo, Window 7 Hm. Prem. 32 BIT.
Device Manager item: Storage Controller
BIOS Setting: ITE-IT8211 ATA/ATAPI controller = Enabled.
Computer WORKS PERFECTLY.
BUT -
What is ITE-IT8411 ATA/ATAPI and what does it DO..?

it is some kind of storage interface controller, old mobo usually have those, but newer doesnt. it do job in increasing hard drive speed and eliminating need for controller cable and reducing price
