ok, recently upgraded my motherboard, CPU, GPU, and RAM. However I was having trouble booting to my Boot drive which was a 512gb SSD, so I bought a new 2TB SSHD booted to it and installed windows. Now my old 2tb SSHD wont show up and the Samsung 512gb is COMPLETELY wiped. I don't want to lose anymore of my stuff WHAT SHOULD I DO!?

  1. Given a new motherboard, etc, a full clean install should have been on your plate from the start.
  2. During this new install, was this new drive the ONLY one connected?
  3. What OS?
  4. "I don't want to lose anymore of my stuff " Invent a Time Machine, go back, and create a good backup.

But...please give us a list of ALL the parts associated.
Please show us a screencap of your Disk Management window

Clarify:

There are 3 drives involved: old 512 gb; old 2 TB, and new 2 TB .

Is that correct?

Post a screen shot of Windows Disk Management so we can evaluate your setup.

Did you deliberately try to wipe ANY drive?
correct those drives in that order, I did not try to wipe anything on purpose
My hardware is as follows:
-asus B550-f gaming with wifi
-32gb 4x8gb trident z 3400 mhz RAM
-ryzen 9 5900x
- Asus GeForce rtx 3050
-Samsung 960 evo 512gb ssd (this is the one that was wiped)
-Seagate FireCuda 2TB SSHD (this is the one that is NOT recognized by the computer)
-then the new boot drive which is another 2TB SSHD

Also I CANNOT BOOT with any other drive plugged in besides the new one, I have no idea how to fix this.

My goals with this forum post is to hopefully change boot drive to the samsung ssd, have all three drives show up, boot with all three drives plugged in and Hopefully save what data I have saved in the old SSHD.

Does the missing drive show up anywhere at all...such as in the BIOS?

What is your biggest concern? If it is the stuff that has gone missing from the smallest SSD (drive E), then you should avoid writing to it. Writing decreases the likelihood of recovering anything.

Yes, even though I have no idea how to even recover, but My computer wont even boot with the first sshd connected, it just stays on the ROG logo screen
