Storage for movies,tv shows and music

I'm planning a small form build so my case will only have room for a couple of HDD's/SSD's. I want to build storage that I can store all my Blu Rays, TV shows and music that I can keep adding to that I can access from any where in my home. I've never built anything like that before so any help would be appreciated.

Step 1 - buy large hard drive

Because I am planning on building a large collection of Blu Rays/Dvds/Music and want to be able to have others in the house able to access it. I already plan on using the HDD's in the actual computer for my games and what not.
