Storage Less than Stated

I have a hard drive that is 80GB. In Disk Management, the bar states that I have 79.69 in my I: drive. However, at the top it states that the capacity is 50.00GB. I recently extended the partition using Parted Magic. The partition was extended, but not the capacity. Help!

What OS are you working with? If you have Vista or W7, use the OS'es hard disk management tool to partition things out (Right click my computer, manage, hard disks). Partition magic can be a bit of a hassle.
