Question Storage not seen

Hallo!
I installed a new SSD put Windows on it and it works fine, but after that I reconnected the HDD but the compuzer cant see it, iz doea not show up on BIOS eather, only if I take out the M.2 SSD and only the HDD is connected it will boot from that. If the SSD is connected the HDD does not work. Any ideas?

Often, installing something in the M.2 slot will disable one or two SATA ports. Consult your motherboard manual to see which ports to move the HDD to.

Board is an Asus Prime B450MA I connected a Samsung 980 Pro, which I know I cant utilize fully with this board but it will be good for the future; also an HDD but Im not sure about the specs only that is 1TB

So, SATA ports 5 and 6 are disabled with that M.2 drive.
