Storage options help

All choices are in my Budget (2100) cant decide which would be better as well as future proof and cost efficient) so I will make it multiple choice and get a poll going before I buy.
This is part of a Clevo p650se build with the GTX 970m 3gb with the i7-5700HQ Quad Core windows 10.
There are 2x M.2 slots with this machine and 2x 7mm SSD Slots ( I have ram maxed out aready)

A) 256gb M.2 PCIe as OS + 512gb SSD as Storage + 1tb 5400 rpm HDD

B) 512gb M.2 PCIe as OS + 512gb SSD as Storage (Empty slot for additional in future)

C) 256gb M.2 PCIe as OS + 512gb SSD + 512gb SSD

D) 256gb M.2 PCIe as OS + 1tb SSD (Empty slot for additional in future)

E) 512gb M.2 PCIe as OS + 2tb 5400 rpm HDD

I have 32gb of Ram I know is overkill but have it none the less, I wish to pursue digital 3d editing and video editing in the near future so it will prove valuable then I have externals but full and have lots of videos and my artwork. Id like to get into poser pro etc. I also like to game as well.

Are you saying its wiser to go full SSD and have two easily removable SSDs in case one goes bad
and if you don't mind why not option B)
