I was thinking of buying a Mushkin Enhanced Helix-L 250 GB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive but the part doesn't seem to be available anymore.
Can anyone recommend me a similar storage?

What are you using it for? Pretty much any SSD with a DRAM cache will be more than ok unless you’re accessing large files like if you’re editing 4K video for example.

I'm just using it for gaming. It was $75.80 @ Newegg Australia a few weeks ago but they don't have it anymore.
I hoping to get a secondary storage for around that price mark. I'm not sure what would be compatible for my build (if compatibility is ever an issue with storage).
