STORM;POWER LOSS; NO NETWORK ADAPTER FOUND

Hello,
I have windows 7 and lost power; cable co replaced modem for computer and phone; now my internet adapter/drive is GONE for internet so I cant connect; replaced the ethernet cable, but still no adapter recognized. Is there a setting function I can go into?

You probably need to replace the network adapter. They are pretty cheap http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16833166004
