Question Strange 1 fps drop and AES-256 results

Hi. Have problem with fps drop in cybeprunk 2077 to 1 fps in some cases. (like cutsenes with Jonny)

Test aida64 gpu test and see my AES-256 result almost 2 times lower then other 3080 TI

Already change my ddr4 ram, motherboard, cpu to 12400F (have 4790k) and nothing change. No OC - nothing. Update drivers, windows from 10 to 11 - nothing (but can clean install help?)
Have SATA ssd. And other games mostly works fine, no problem

aes is encryption, has nothing to do with games, its used on mining bitcoin...soo maybe thats why its lower then it should

Yep, just interested if difficulty change - do other people today have 62k mb/s?


Still cant undestand this fps drop to 1, only nvme + clean windows 11 in mind(
