Strange Aero problem! works but...

Hi all, My Aero is enabled and working but when I move my mouse to an open program in the Taskbar it doesn't show the mini preview of it!
you know the small window a top of the program? don't know what is called.
I have everything checked in the advanced visual settings.

Windows 7 pro 64bit.

okay, I restated Explorer.exe and it worked..
