Question Faulty AMD GPU Causing Driver Timeout?

I recently upgraded my PC from intel to AMD and got all new parts except for the GPU and drives. But after getting everything installed and playing some games I noticed the AMD driver timeout crash that I didn't get before on my intel system. I have done everything possible that I have to fix the driver timeout issue including DDU, reinstalling windows, reformatted drives, downloading past AMD drivers, underclocking, checking for faulty ram, and checking for secure connections. An interesting effect that happens after the driver timeout is I would relaunch the game and while having a youtube video on my other monitor playing, it would completely lag my pc afterwards to the point which moving my cursor would lag along with doing anything else on my pc so I would have to fully restart and while monitoring the gpu usage during that it would spike anywhere from 0% to 100%.

My specs:
Ryzen 5 5600x no overclocking
16gb 3600mhz ram xmp enabled
b550 tomahawk with latest bios
evga 750w power supply gold
sapphire pulse rx 570 4gb no overclock

The games I play where I usually get the driver timeout are graphically intensive and the gpu doesn't go above 75°C.
