Question Strange artifacting in certain applications ?

I have been having some issues with certain applications freaking out (see image) and I am not quite sure how to fix it.
It seems to be picky as my browser and any video games have not been affected.

I have attempted to roll back my graphics drivers but no no avail.

Any thoughts?

2 sticks of Corsair 8gb RAM (don't know what model)
2 sticks of Crucial 8gb RAM (don't know what model)

Windows 10
Nvidia GR driver version 471.68 (I updated back to the new driver after the rollback didn't work)

If there is anything I missed, let me know.
