[SOLVED] Strange behavior of computer

Hello, i recently have a problem computer its acting strange.
Currient commponents i got
MSI Z-270-a-pro motherboard
Evga P2 1200w power supply
Rx 580 8gb special edition gpu

Problem is when i turn on computer all leds turn on and after few moments gpu leds turn off, after everything booted gpu-z shows card is still active drawing power but i can`t run everything its like put on sleep, even on sapphire trixx overcloacking i even can`t change fan manually card don`t respond.
And the most strangest thing when i turn off computer completely out of power source after about 1 min i press power button and suddenly gpu leds, motherboard leds, proccesor cooler turns on for couple seconds and after that i still can hear from power supply few clicking sound.

What could be wrong here?

If you are certain that the clicking is from within the PSU then my thought is that the PSU is starting to (or is) failing in some manner.

May cause some damage if you keep using the PSU.

Are you able to test using another PSU?

Yes its from psu i heard 2 clicks after leds turned off even psu fan turn on for few sec without power on
Its started today with this pc i was mining crypto and now i want to make gaming pc from it and i have set bios to default thats what i did. But before haven`t experienced such problem.

Yes, PSU may have been working to date but now after extensive/intensive use it is likely failing in some manner.
