Question Strange colors in Movies and TV/Photos on my main monitor.

I discovered today movies and tv and photos on windows 10 are having this unusual issue where everything almost looks like its through a colorblind filter. If I move the window to my second monitor, it corrects itself there, and breaks when i move it back. everything else appears completely normally, games, chrome playback, even those same videos via VLC media player. I've tried disabling hardware accel, but it changes nothing. What can I do to fix this?

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Make and model monitors?

Switch/swap video ports.

Swap in known working video cables.

Swap the monitors - determine if the problem follows the monitor.

Objective being to narrow down the origin of the problem: port, cable, monitor....
