Strange computer behavior, probably the motherboard.

My computer isn't booting and just having it plugged in is causing the fans and case lights to turn on. I have already replaced the warranty under manufacturer warranty, to no avail.The motherboard is the gigabyte g1.sniper and the cpu is an intel i7. A full parts list can be retrieved if necessary.

Sounds like your PSU has died.

After performing the paper clip test, the front of case fan and associated LEDs started (which was the only fan connected directly to the PSU) but none of the other case fans did. The PSU fan began normally and the HDD started beeping.
