Question Strange cricket-like noises from PSU

These noises only appear when I play a video or while playing a game. When playing a game it’s not so loud and not constant it happens only rarely but when playing a video it is constant and loud even though the PC is not really that much under load. I’m posting a short video.

it´s just an old psu, replace it or try it without oc
