Strange drives shown in Explore and Defrag

So my pc is kinda slow, so i wanted to do a defrag since i'm a (semi) youtuber and play a lot of games with mods (Of witch i install and uninstall a lot). Now, when i opened the defrag menu I saw this:

And when i go into file explorer I see this:

What is this, and should I be worried?

Do you have anything plugged into your PC? I had a similar issue when One USB drive was showing 3.

Yes, but this happened after I installed all of my devices...

Have you tried opening the drives up? If that does not work, try right clicking the drive and click properties.
