Question Strange Fan noise issues with Nvidia GeForce RTX 2070 Gigabyte Windforce 2X 8G

the fans are making a strange creaking, rattly noise,does anyone know how to fix this or should i just replace it on warranty?

Check for any dust, particles or debris that may be in the fan or lipping off the edge where the fan blades maybe catching onto it.

If it's under warranty, I'd look to get it replaced so at least you have the comfort of the company taking it apart/replacing something.
