So, I basically install games only on my D: drive, but it has weird files. And also there's mrt.exe and mrtstub.exe files in that weird folder called "fd17229516bdfd72f2b35904614b" Can I delete them?

I know what exe is and they're in system32 folder. So I can delete them? What about those eula files and stuff? I also got eula files in C: drive.

the eula's are a copy of the terms and conditions that you have to agree to when you install games nowadys. i dont if they're there just a copy for your own reference or if the games check that they're there so they know you've agreed to them. if you delete them the game may ask you to agree to the eula again and just create another copy. or it may not and you can delete them

What about those other files? The VC_ ones and stuff? Can I delete them too? Sorry, I'm kinda new to these things 😛

You can, they are leftover files from a Visual C++ Redistributable installation that are common when installing games. They should remove themselves automatically after installation but sometimes they don't. Will be safe to remove.
