Strange flickering then no audio. Power supply problem or drivers?

I recently upgraded to a 1050 ti that I've been saving up for for years, and I put it in my dell optiplex 9020. Before I bought it, I asked countless times if the PSU could handle it (290W) and people said it will. Now that I bought it, I'm experiencing this weird flickering then the screen goes black for a second then it comes back and there's no audio, I'm pretty much forced to restart at this point for the sound to come back. This only happened when I alt tab from a game to youtube for some reason, and it's happened twice in a couple of days now. Since it took me forever to get the money, I'm really worried that something might be up with the 1050 ti. I'm no expert but could this possible be caused by the lack of watts or is it from me updating my drivers?

I hadn't updated my drivers until a day after I got it, and that's when this started happening. Might be just coincidence but I certainly do hope that it's from the drivers since it would be a pain to save up for a new motherboard + psu. And if this matters in any way, it's a gigabyte 1050 ti.

The specs are : Gigabyte GTX 1050 ti, Intel core i7-4790 3.60 GHz, 12 GB of DDR3 ram and a 1 TB hard drive. This is a picture of the power supply : https://imgur.com/a/77VQ7

I mean, it's a dell one and everyone pretty much confirmed that it's good enough to handle it. Also, my other specs are an i7 3790 3.6 GHz and 12 GB DDR3 ram and a 1 TB harddrive. I'm just hoping that there's another solution. I took a picture of the power supply, here it is : https://imgur.com/a/77VQ7
