Strange Folders found in System 32

Hey Guys I don't have a clue what this folders and files are about here are the names -

CatRoot , CatRoot2 , Bthprops , CodeIntegrity, appraiser, SleepStudy, ro-Ro , ru-Ru , oobe, RasToast, ProximityToast, NDF, Nui, Macromed, Hydrogen, 0409, downlevel, spool, wbem, EnrollmentToast icon, azman, Biolso, What are this folders and files what are they doing in my System 32 ?

All part of Windows and unless you want to end up reinstalling Windows I would leave them alone.

Theyre meant to be there leave them there

The only folders that I dont have are the azman enrollment, Bioiso. May have something to do with a fingerprint reader or something. Which I dont have

I dont know what those folders belong to

If you look, a lot of those folders are empty.
ro-Ro and ru-Ru would seem to be language packs
