Hello!
The problem is when i start any game it runs stable and fixed138 fps and never goes down, after 2-3 hours of playing fps drops to 110 and jumping between 110-120.
No matter how long i play - if i restart the game FPS instantly returns to 138 and same issue happens again after 2-3 hours.

I had almost the same problem before and one guy said to me - turn off Superfetch in windows 10, and it helped (fps started to drop after 2-3 hours instead of 1 hour like it was before, and fps drops became a bit smaller)

I have no idea whats going on, fps must be stable all the time and not dropps... For me it looks like PC collecting Game's cache and after that starts to use this cache and game becomes "slower" with lower fps, i dont have other ideas cuz if i play 6 hours or more and restart game fps will come back for few hours, as if the computer deletes the cache and starts collecting it slowly until it again starts lowering the FPS using the recorded data

I tried to use empty memory standby but it doesnt help and i dint full my RAM's 32gb even at 30%
Temps also are stable all the time, GPU 60c under full load, CPU 55c.

Please give me an ideas how to fix it.

PC:
GPU 1080ti
CPU 8700k
RAM 32gb (4x8)
SPU seasonic prime 850

now i have it full automatic, it shows that system have 4.8gb page file

Was pagefile changed prior to changing it back to automatic? If so, what was it set to?

If going to change pagefile size try the settings in the picture below on the OS C:\ drive.

How big is the OS drive and how much space is left on it? Allow 20% free space otherwise performance can begin to degrade.

If Game Bar is enabled, check capturing isn't turned on and not recording your game play on you.

Look into limiting pagefile size. Try initial 1GB and max 10GB and see how you go. It's possible pagefile size could be growing over that length of time affecting performance.

Your system is very decent. Can only imagine for the moment, how Windows is managing the pagefile. It could be letting you down into long lengths of play.

Im pretty bad with page file settings, could you please make an example how to setup it?

What i have:
1 ssd - OS
2 ssd - games/stuff
3 hdd - junk/videos

32gb ram

For which drive to assign a page file, for which to disable it and in what size?

okay here what i'v got.

Tested NO page file / 1024+10240 / 1024+1024 / automatic - no difference

plus i tested fps drops in few games for a loooong time (6+ hours of playing) to check how drops looks like

So i start game with stable 144 fps, 1+- fps is stable and doesnt change, next hour fps becomes 138-144, next 30 mins 130-138fps, and it keeps slowly drops. The lowest what iv got (stopped playing) is jums of 85-100fps after 6 hours playing. If i restart game (any game) fps will instantly back to normal and everything will repeat the same way.
Temps are 50-55 during hole playing (GPU/CPU etc.). RAM is never fill even at 30%, CPU and GPU loads are different - depent on game, but issue is still there even if loads 30-40% both for gpu/cpu (indie game)

damn its so annoying and i have no idea wtf is going on.

How much space is left on the OS drive? If adjusting pagefile isn't making a difference, could game capture (Game Bar) be enabled taking up limited space causing the ssd to slow down?
iv just noticed 1 thing and gonna test it. Not sure but its possible that when i have this fps drops - my GPU (its overclocked till 1911mhz and work stable with all tests) downclock to stock clock (1400 or something like that) im gonna test it and update info. But its its the reason i cant understand why GPU is doing after 1 hour if its not getting temp heat and not getting power limits. Gonna check

Yeah this is a pickle, usually a performance degrade like that is either temps/throttle, excessive pagefile usage or not enough space for Trim to work properly. Neither is the case here. I'ma bit stumped.

Yeah play around with the gpu, it could be the overclock. Perhaps try downclocking it a lil-bit for testing if stock doesn't resolve.
